Leah Scott
Ms Scott, serves as its Secretary and Legal Counsel of the Harbour Group of Companies, is the Compliance Officer and MLRO, and is the Responsible Officer for FATCA. Ms Scott is a fully qualified English barrister and attorney. She was called to the Bermuda bar in 2005 and has over 20 years general corporate management and trust experience. Ms Scott was formerly a private client and trusts attorney in public practice and currently serves as a director, secretary and/or authorized signatory for many of the Harbour Group’s client companies. Operational responsibility for the daily and periodic activities of the Harbour Group’s clients is assumed by Ms Scott and her support team of professionals. Fund and trust administration, corporate administration and general office administration comprise the activities within this area. Ms Scott deals directly with clients, attorneys, investment managers and other professional advisors to ensure that the coordination of complex transactions is managed professionally and close relationships with clients are maintained.
